About Marie Leiter

Marie Leiter is known in the HR field for creating and executing programs and processes that increase staff satisfaction, provide risk protection for the organization, and ensure well-trained, engaged staff members. She is trusted by senior leadership to handle sensitive issues with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Marie’s career path shows increasingly responsible Human Resources management positions and depth of expertise: advisor, recruitment, employee relations, benefits/compensation, compliance (government contractors), performance management, training and policy development.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Marie worked for Terma North America as Manager of Human Resources, the Center for Naval Analysis as Senior Manager of Employment and Employee Relations, and LSC Communications as Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, Marie served as Director of Human Resources for Allied Technology Group (ATG), an $80M government contractor with 459 employees in Rockville, Maryland. At ATG, Marie established a Human Resources department to support the rapidly growing business, centralized recruitment, managed a compensation plan design, implemented a HRIS for the organization, and led a five-person team.

Marie received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Management Certificate from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from Rosemont College.

Her ability to influence others by example, manage issues, find solutions and provide leadership is evident in her extensive industry knowledge and professional growth.

About Beth Morgan
Beth has nearly 20 years of experience leading and supporting management teams as they execute business strategies. She has held leadership positions in HR with The Hartford Financial Services Group, Guy Carpenter (one of the Marsh McLennan Companies), ARAMARK and with the University of Pennsylvania and Yale/New Haven health systems. With a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, Beth is expert at diagnosing organizational issues and driving change initiatives to realize maximum return on HR investments.
